Become a Mentor
Leading and Learning is seeking highly-motivated, compassionate individuals with the ability and desire to guide students through the rigors of academia while helping them realize and embrace their full potential.
Our Shepherding Program connects students with academic mentors – or Shepherds – who help students build the skills and confidence needed to navigate their education. As a mentor you will act as a core part of the “safety net” we create for students, lowering the chances of academic mishaps and mitigating any that may occur.
