Dr. Erik Shane is an experienced educator and consultant with a long-standing record of student success. He holds degrees in English Literature, Sociology, and Secondary Education from the University of Miami.
Beginning his teaching career in 1993, Dr. Shane quickly earned recognition as Teacher of the Year and later published research in The Journal of School Choice. As Dean of Students at La Salle High School (1997–2015), he led the school to its highest-ever satisfaction scores among students, parents, and faculty.
Dr. Shane has helped place students at top universities, including Stanford, MIT, Harvard, and many others, with a focus on compassionate, impactful education.
