Leading and Learning is seeking highly-motivated, compassionate individuals who have a penchant for teaching and using their skills to help others achieve their academic (and life) goals. Tutors are needed for all subjects and for every grade level, from elementary school through graduate school.
Tutoring opportunities are available in person in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, as well as virtually. That means tutors are able to help students from around the world.
Leading and Learning is interested in hiring and retaining tutors. We pay well and invite tutors to grow along with us–in responsibility and in compensation. Pay is commensurate with education and level of experience.

Leading and Learning is seeking highly-motivated, compassionate individuals who have the capacity and desire to guide students through the rigors of academia while helping them realize and embrace their full potential.
Leading and Learning’s Shepherding Program connects students with academic monitors – or Shepherds – who work alongside them in a mentorship role. Shepherds routinely meet with students to review academic goals and priorities, collaborate with them to map out study schedules while working on time-management skills, and encourage them to feel confident in their ability to succeed. We believe that by tangibly helping to infuse more structure and organization into each client’s everyday lives, we can help them develop the skills they need to become independent learners.
